Has my order shipped?
  To view the status of your order, please click on "My Account" in the top right corner. Under "My Orders," please select "Review Orders / track packages." Here you will be able to view if your order is Processing, Backordered, Partially Shipped, or Completed. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping, 2-3 weeks for Contractor Giveaways/Events. Counter Sale items ship within 2-3 weeks.  If you still need assistance, please contact logoshop (at) 84lumber (dot) com.

  At this time tracking is not available through the website.
My order never arrived.
  For inquiries into a missing package, please email logoshop (at) 84lumber (dot) com with your name, store number, and order number; and someone will respond to you in a timely manner.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  For missing items, please email logoshop (at) 84lumber (dot) com with your name, store number, order number, and the item you are missing. Someone will respond to you in a timely manner.
My product is missing parts.
  If a product is defective, please contact the Logo Shop at logoshop (at) 84lumber (dot) com
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
